Homework

Homework is an essential element of education, and all students at the Academy are expected to complete the tasks set for them. Homework is a way of consolidating learning and extending the depth of understanding of a topic.

In order to spread the amount of homework evenly throughout the school week, students will be given a homework timetable stipulating the days on which each subject's homework will be set. Homework may take the form of written work, reading or learning work, or may be a research task to foster independent learning.
