The De La Salle Academy belongs to a network of De La Salle schools in more than 80 countries of the world. We see our international links as a way of helping students to learn about life in other cultures, and as an important way of developing the Christian qualities of tolerance and understanding which are an integral part of British society. Additionally, international links help students to develop language and communication skills.
We are keen to take every opportunity to allow students to take part in exchange visits, whether through sporting tours or cultural visits. We have the advantage of an on-site student hotel, which allows more than 30 visiting students at a time to stay whilst they are visiting Liverpool. So far we have hosted visits from students in Africa, Europe and the Far East, whilst our students have visited several European countries, as well as two separate visits to China.
